Things like past DUIs, speeding tickets and other traffic violations can affect the likelihood of you getting a job. Consider if your driving record is clear enough to be considered for this type of position before applying.
2. Can You Handle the Odd Schedule?
Some people do not mind a truck driver’s schedule at all. Some thrive driving through the night and being on the road for weeks at a time. However, this life is not for everyone.
